Our founder and CEO, Mr. Marko Issever joined\u00a0Riverside Management Group<\/a>\u00a0as a managing director in May 2016 in order to, among other things, lead the firm\u2019s EB-5 capital raising and placement activities, via its wholly owned subsidiary,\u00a0BCW Securities LLC<\/a>.
\nHe is also the founding partner of BH Capital Management, LLC, a real estate investment company that specializes in opportunities in development and investment.
\nPrior to joining RMG and establishing BHCM, Mr. Issever was a managing director at\u00a0The Bank of New York Mellon<\/a>\u00a0Global & Capital Markets, leading the firm\u2019s derivative business to financial institutions globally.
\nMr. Issever has been in Wall Street for over 30 years and was also a founding member of the derivative business in Sakura Global Capital, a Japanese bank subsidiary that subsequently merged with Sumitomo Capital Markets to form\u00a0SMBC Capital Markets<\/a>.
\nMr. Issever started his Wall Street career in Prudential Securities\u2019 Financial Strategies Group where he specialized in mortgage backed security opportunities such as CMO\u2019s, risk-controlled arbitrage transactions, as well as other asset backed securitizations including securitization of policy holder loans.
\nMr. Issever is a graduate of\u00a0The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania<\/a>\u00a0where he earned his MBA degree in finance and MA in economics.
\nPrior to attending Wharton, he graduated from\u00a0Bogazici University<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Robert College<\/a>, located in Istanbul.
\nHe speaks Turkish (native) and Ladino Spanish fluently.
\nHe is the founding president of\u00a0Aleph Learning Center<\/a>, a Jewish outreach organization and board member of\u00a0Manhattan Sephardic Congregation<\/a>.
\nHe holds the series 7 & 63 securities licenses.
