The firm\u2019s mission is to connect international investors aiming to immigrate to the US with EB-5 issuers, typically real estate developers who use EB-5 as an alternate source of funding. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Issever is also a Managing Director of Riverside Management Group where he leads the firm\u2019s EB-5 activities. He is also the Founding Partner of BH Capital Management, a real estate investment company. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously, Mr. Issever was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon leading the firm\u2019s financial institutions derivative business globally. Mr. Issever has 30+ years of Wall Street experience and was a founding member of the derivative business at Sakura Global Capital. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Issever earned his MBA in finance and MA in economics from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Bogazici University and Robert College, Istanbul. \u00a0He speaks Turkish and Spanish fluently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Sevil Ozisik<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ms. Sevil Ozisik\u2019s practice focuses on the immigration-related needs of employers in industries including technology, real estate, finance, energy, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, logistics and multi-media. Her representation includes outstanding researchers, extraordinary ability foreign nationals and those seeking national interest waivers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ms. Ozisik is experienced in EB-5 investor visas and works with investors from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, China, Korea, India and many other countries. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Bar Association. She is a licensed attorney in New York and Istanbul. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ms. Ozisik is an active member of Turkish American business community. She has been a selected member to serve on Turkey\u2019s \u201cOverseas Citizens Advisory Board,\u201d a prestigious international advisory panel since 2012, and served as executive board member of American Regional Committee of the World Turkish Business Council (DTIK), and, president and board member of Turkish American Chamber of Commerce &amp; Industry (TACCI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Emre Ozgu<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focusing on employment-based immigration since his legal career began in 1997, Mr.\u00a0Ozgu has developed an outstanding reputation in the Who\u2019s Who Legal for Corporate Immigration Lawyers.\u00a0 He received his B.A. (Economics) from Lehigh University in 1994, and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1997 and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a partner and co-managing member of Barst Mukamal &amp; Kleiner LLP\u2019s EB-5 practice since its inception he has, since 1999, successfully represented numerous immigrant investors and is one of only a handful of US Immigration lawyers who have successfully represented Turkish EB-5 Investors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Ozgu has served on the AILA EB-5, NY Chapter Corporate Practice, and District Director Liaison Committees. He is a past member of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Turkish American Business Forum.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>John Driscoll<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">John Driscoll, is of Counsel with Carter Ledyard &amp; Milburn LLP, a New York Law Firm. He received his B.A. from Harvard, his M.A. from The London School of Economics, and his J.D. from The New York University School of Law. \u00a0He specializes in legal services to a global client base with respect to their U.S. investments and businesses and represents some of the largest companies in Turkey with respect to U.S. legal matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He is admitted to the NY State Bar, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit. He is a Vice President of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and a member of the American Turkish Society. He has lectured on U.S. business law and corporate matters at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and is fluent in Turkish and French. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Timur Eron<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Timur Eron is an Associate in Morrison Cohen LLP\u2019s Corporate and Family Office Departments where his practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital , private equity investments, and general corporate services for U.S. subsidiaries of foreign corporations and family office groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Timur brings a client-side perspective to the Firm as a co-founder of two investment companies that provided private financial and direct investments in real estate for high net worth individuals and institutions.
