Bradwell has 20+ years of professional experience as an Administrator and HR practitioner as he worked for several organizations in Zimbabwe, including the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Ethics Institute Zimbabwe. Bradwell has for six years set on the Adjudication Panel of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ) Excellence in Corporate Governance Awards for ZSE listed firms and state enterprises. He has served as a member of the Human Resource Research & Planning Committee of the National Manpower Advisory Council and participated in the development of the National Code on Corporate Governance of Zimbabwe (ZimCode). He is also a World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) Senator for Zimbabwe and a member of the Forum’s Ethical Governance, Standards of Excellence & Quality Leadership Committee. Under the Global Ethics Forum (GEF), Bradwell participated in the development of benchmark, sector-based ethics codes with partners from around the world, including the UK, Switzerland, France, China, SA, and India. Bradwell has published more than 165 articles on ethics, governance, and corruption in daily and weekly business publications and corporate magazines. He assists firms in developing ethical leadership and designing practical ethics solutions. Bradwell is a speaker and trainer on corporate ethics and ethical leadership, leveraging his prominence in the field on his unique and passionate approach to the subject.

Bradwell holds a BAdmin Degree (Industrial Psychology & Development Studies) and is at the dissertation stage of an MBA.
