Ingrid Chen is an accomplished Business Development and Marketing professional with extensive working experience in the asset management industry.

Ingrid is specialized in managing media relationships, building client networks and collecting and analyzing market research data to help business achieve revenue goals.

Prior to joining America EB5 Visa, Ingrid was a Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon Markets) where she led overall marketing strategy for BNY Mellon’s Foreign Exchange business.

Originally from China, Ingrid immigrated to the United States in the late 90’s. As someone who had been through the immigration process, Ingrid understands the challenges many of our clients are facing and is passionate about helping them to make well informed decisions.
