Julia is in charge of Business Development for Russian and Russian-speaking countries at America EB5 Visa. She offers advisory services on linking the firm’s visa aspirant-clients with robust domestic investment opportunities for establishing their new world professional success in the industry sector of their choice.

She also joined Riverside Management Group (RMG) as a managing director in December 2020. At RMG, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, BCW Securities LLC., she specializes in late venture as well as established private equity phase companies with a command of technological surprise and unique growth advantages in many sectors, including defense and aerospace, pharmaceutical and biotech innovation, nanotechnology, consumer retail, as well as the real estate development sectors. Her present area of expertise is in domestic and international private equity and alternative asset analysis and advisory.

She is a seasoned financial industry professional with formidable legal advisory experience in the immigration field. A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, her graduate-level credentials include an MBA and JD. While in Washington DC, during the early stages of her professional career, she worked as an immigration paralegal for leading law firms in the nation’s capital, including Cameron & Hornbostel and DeKieffer & Horgan, among others. While engaged in immigration law, she served as co-editor of the well-known professional legal resource, Immigration Basics for the Virginia Lawyer. 

Following her tenure at the Wharton School of Business, her transition to corporate and global finance began in Investment Banking at Capital Growth Financial and then in Sales & Trading at Morgan Stanley, followed by a long tenure as a senior equity analyst at Gabelli Funds. While at Gabelli, she specialized in the consumer retail and pet product sectors, high net-worth sales, raising capital for the firm’s extensive investment fund portfolio, and providing in-depth analysis of numerous private and public companies in various industry sectors. 

Julia subsequently branched off as an independent FINRA-licensed broker-dealer, working for several leading securities and brokerage firms on Wall Street.
