Our Legal Consultant in our Istanbul Liaison Office, Yildiz Tugce Erduran, a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and a certified mediator, earned her master’s degree in international legal frameworks and has published books and peer-reviewed articles in this field.

Throughout her legal career, she has worked as an attorney and legal consultant for prestigious law firms and companies in Germany and the United States. Her work has primarily focused on commercial disputes. She has also managed her law firm, providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base while actively being involved in NGO projects focusing on funding processes for domestic and international SMEs, gaining valuable experience in this area.

Yıldız has authored books and peer-reviewed articles on comparative law, exploring the European Union, U.S., and Turkish legal systems. She has shared her expertise within international academic circles. She has also served as a speaker at universities, delivering seminars and lectures to share her insights.

In 2023, she co-founded a startup recognized as one of Turkey’s top women-led ventures at the United Nations Women Expo. This experience further strengthened her strategic planning, investor relations expertise, and business development acumen.
