Chief Representative and Country Manager of Korea

Based in Seoul, South Korea, Young Kwan earned his bachelor’s degree in law at Konkuk University located in Seoul, South Korea. He has experiences in working in the banking industry, as he served as a bank branch manager for 20 years. Young Kwan is fluent in Korean and has professional working proficiency in English. He is excited to help Koreans pursue the vast opportunities that America has to offer through the EB-5 program.
