Did you know that on September 28, as widely expected the Senate approved continuing resolution to fund the Federal Government through December 9th. As part of this resolution, EB-5 Regional Center Program was also extended until the same date. As previously reported, at not so distant future, some change seems to be inevitable such as the required minimum amount of investment for TEA projects as well as regular projects.
